Kevin + Isabella | A Boho Style Backyard Wedding

When Isabella contacted me about shooting her boho style backyard wedding, I was SO excited! As much as I hate how Covid has forced couples to rearrange all of their wedding plans, ONE small perk has been the increase in backyard celebrations. I love the intimate feel of these weddings, and this one did not disappoint!

Bella is from a big, Italian family and there were little touches everywhere that let you in on that fact!

They had the CUTEST favors ever, little olive oil bottles for each guest. The table was adorned with bottles of San Pellegrino, and the food was the best Italian food ever, prepared by her own Mom and Grandma. Did I mention that every plate was set with its own loaf of bread!? That is MY KIND of wedding!!

Bella was the most gorgeous bride. She was so relaxed and go-with-the-flow. Because of that, we were able to get SO MANY bridal portraits for her and Kevin. I am obsessed with how they turned out, so beautiful and glowy! I am so happy they trusted me when I had them standing under some low lying branches of a tree, I probably looked like a crazy person getting so excited about it!

The wedding was at Bella’s brother and sister-in-law’s home, and they have the most gorgeous horses that live next door. The horses approached the bride and groom for some petting during our portraits. It made for some pretty magical memories and photos.
