When you visit the Site, we automatically collect certain information about your device, including information about your web browser, IP address, time zone, and some of the cookies that are installed on your device. When you comment through the site, we collect certain information from you, including your name, email and website. We refer to this information as "Comment Information". 

When we talk about “Personal Information” in this Privacy Policy, we are talking about Device Information, Comment Information and Order Information.


We use the Order Information that we collect generally to fulfill any orders placed through the Site (including processing your payment information, arranging for shipping, and providing you with invoices and/or order confirmations). We collect Comment information (including email, name and website) for blog posts. Additionally, we use this Order and Comment Information to:Communicate with you; Screen our orders for potential risk or fraud; and when in line with the preferences you have shared with us, provide you with information or advertising relating to our products or services. We use the Device Information that we collect to help us screen for potential risk and fraud (in particular, your IP address), and more generally to improve and optimize our Site (for example, by generating analytics about how our customers browse and interact with the Site, and to assess the success of our marketing and advertising campaigns).


We share your Personal Information with third parties to help us use your Personal Information, as described above. Please note that we do not alter our Site’s data collection and use practices when we see a Do Not Track signal from your browser.

You agree that you are participating with Photography by Ashley Lynn, LLC (DBA: Ashley D'Orazio Photography) voluntarily and that you are solely responsible for your actions and results from the information you learn, both now and in the future. You agree to use your own judgement and perform your own due diligence before acting on any piece of advice or opinion by Ashley D'Orazio Photography. You acknowledge that you are to use your own judgement to do your own independent research after learning the information here prior to your implementation. 

It is my goal to provide you with the best service possible. You agree that I cannot predict nor guarantee any particular result. All results are independent and may greatly differ between one person and another. There are no guaranteed results - either written or implied.

All testimonials/reviews present are of real people I have worked with. Their personal results are not guaranteed for you, as every person is different. The testimonials are meant as an illustrative example over what is possible.

Some links, blog posts, products, people, companies, etc that I may speak of may be affiliates, partners, or other entities of which align with my brand. In order to use the Services, you will need to input certain information to create a user account, including, your name, email address, phone number, and any other content that you voluntarily submit or that we require you to input to set up your account (“User Data”). You are solely responsible for your User Data. You assume all risks associated with use of your User Data, including any reliance of its accuracy or completeness. User Data may include third party content, and you agree not to submit third party content unless you have the consent of the applicable third-party owner of the content. Because you are solely responsible for your User Data, we make no guarantees regarding the accuracy, currency, or quality of any User Data.

Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, I provide the following services to clients (A) photography services, and (B) other general information and resources related to a successful photography session. These products and services are collectively referred to in this Agreement as the “Services.” We may add and subtract the products and services we offer in the future, and any additional products or services we offer will be subject to the terms and conditions in this Agreement.

I take appropriate security measures to protect against unauthorized access to or unauthorized alteration, disclosure or destruction of User Data. I do internal reviews of my data collection, storage, processing practices, and security measures, including appropriate encryption and physical security measures to guard against unauthorized access to the systems where I store User Data. 

When you purchase Services, your payment information is processed, stored, and kept secure by a third-party credit card processing service, Paypal. Your credit card information will be stored by Paypal in their restricted-access database. However, no method of transmission over the Internet, or electronic storage is 100% secure, and I cannot guarantee its absolute security. I assume no responsibility or liability for damages resulting from Paypal's processing, storage, or other use of your payment information or any User Data.

If User Data is compromised as a result of a security breach, I will promptly notify you that your personal information may have been compromised via email, by posting a notice on the website, or as otherwise required by applicable law.

I may make third party applications, including add-ons to the Services, available for you to use. The information I collect when you enable a third party application is processed under this Agreement. Information collected outside of the website by a third party application provider is governed by the third party’s privacy policies. My website may contain links to and from other sites operated and maintained by third parties. I have no responsibility for linked websites, and I provide these links solely for your convenience and information.

In the event of an assignment, sale, or other transfer of some or all of our assets, you agree I can assign, sell, license, or transfer any information that you have provided to me. However, any purchasing party is prohibited from using the User Data in a manner that is materially inconsistent with this Agreement without your prior consent.
If you are a European resident, you have the right to access personal information we hold about you and to ask that your personal information be corrected, updated, or deleted. If you would like to exercise this right, please contact us through the contact information below.

Additionally, if you are a European resident we note that we are processing your information in order to fulfill contracts we might have with you (for example if you make an order through the Site), or otherwise to pursue our legitimate business interests listed above. Additionally, please note that your information will be transferred outside of Europe, including to Canada and the United States.

We may update this privacy policy from time to time in order to reflect, for example, changes to our practices or for other operational, legal or regulatory reasons.
