When Andrea asked me to shoot her lifestyle newborn photos, I was ecstatic! She is a photographer herself (and a very talented one at that!), so I knew she would be sure to set the scene for the most neutral and elegant lifestyle newborn session EVER. This session was so special to me for a couple of reasons. Firstly, it is such an honor to be asked to shoot photos for someone who’s work you admire. Secondly, Andrea is such a special friend to me. Being there to document this stage for her family was so heartwarming. Also, it was only two short years ago that Andrea took my maternity photos! Things have now come full circle 🙂
These newborn lifestyle sessions are quickly becoming one of my favorite things to do. I mean, how can you resist the chance to be around such a tiny little miracle!? I love capturing the BIG love that is all over the faces of a new Mom and Dad. Also, seeing the details of the nursery is one of my favorite things! While we are talking about nurseries… can I just mention how great Andrea and David did preparing Noah’s nursery?! Their home decor is all so neutral and elegant, and Noah’s nursery just continued with that trend – which made for the most gorgeous lifestyle newborn photos.
