I am so excited to be sharing some of my favorite photos from Brady’s newborn portrait session!
Before I can do that, I need to apologize for dropping off the face of the earth for a little while! I was enjoying the holidays and recharging to gear up for a busy spring photo season. As I was going through my sessions from the fall, deciding which to blog about first, this sweet little guy’s newborn portrait session jumped out at me. I am so excited to be sharing more of my work in the coming weeks. Seeing all of the family’s smiling faces is going to be a nice distraction from all of this snow on the ground!
Anyways… Back to sweet little Brady’s newborn portrait session!
I was so excited to do these newborn portraits for Brady’s family, because they are OG members of the #ALFamily! (Why yes, that is a hashtag for my clients, I don’t care if I am a dork!) I took Brady’s older brother’s newborn photos, and all of their family photos since then. Watching their family grow has been so special, and THAT is seriously one of the very best things about this job!
When I did the newborn portrait session for Brady’s older brother, Chandler, one of Mom’s favorite photos was him with a little deer hat on. That little hat really personalized the photos to reflect this family because Dad is an avid hunter. We NEEDED to recreate this in a new and fresh way so that she could have photos of both her boys wearing that little deer hat. As you can see below, I think we completely NAILED IT! Mom now has that sweet deer hat photo hanging on her wall in the form of a large canvas! I love it when I am able to incorporate meaningful outfits and/or items into shoots for my families!
Once we filled that little belly up, Brady fell right asleep and his session just cruised right along. Enjoy these photos, they are some of my favorites!
