This family photo session is so special to me, and here is why:
We moved in to our new home a little over two years ago. We gained so much in our move, a bigger yard, and more space, etc. However, the most wonderful thing that we gained was these AMAZING neighbors of ours! It was clear shortly after meeting them that the Shotton family would become so much more than just our neighbors. In the short two and a half years we have known them, they have become some of our greatest friends. From teaching us to play can jam (which I am terrible at, by the way), to hanging out by a bonfire, and taking little excursions together, we have so many fun times with them. Their kids are some of our son’s best friends too. He waits for the door bell to ring every day after school so that they can run around and play.
I have been wanting to do a family photo session for these guys for nearly two years.
A couple of weeks ago, I was FINALLY given the chance. My favorite thing about doing a family photo session is having the chance to capture the love and fun in a family with authenticity. These guys made doing that SO EASY, and they also came dressed to impress in the cutest coordinating outfits, which always makes photos that much better!

I love helping my clients look their best for their photoshoot!
